Jake Ames is a Los Angeles based AE/Editor with a passion for filmmaking and storytelling. Previous experience includes a wide variety of work; narrative short films, feature-length documentary, music videos, long-form podcasts, and social media content.

With a life long love for movies and stories, Jake tries taking an alternative approach to storytelling and places great emphasis on expressing the human condition, conjuring moments that spotlight people’s true character.
